Relvay makes a pregnancy pillow. We also tell you below when you should not buy one.
The short answer
The My7 is a 7-shaped side sleeper pillow, 150 by 80 cm, with a firmer head zone and a long microbead body. German listings sell it for pregnancy, sleep and nursing.
- Worth a look if you want head, bump and knees in one long pillow.
- Check first the cover version, article number and care label.
- Skip it if your bed is small or shared.
Who is the Theraline My7 for in pregnancy?
It is for side sleepers who want one long pillow that holds the head, runs past the bump and ends between the knees. It suits a roomy bed better than a shared full or queen.

I was 26 weeks, three time zones from my mom, and staying in a rental. Every pillow in the house was the flat kind. I had a shop page open in German and Google Translate open in another tab, and I could not tell if I was buying a pillow for me or a pillow for a baby.
The listing said Schlaf- und Stillkissen. Sleep and nursing. Another one said Seitenschläferkissen. A third said it could position a newborn. Same name, three jobs, and I just wanted to sleep on my side without a fort of cushions sliding off the bed.
"Rounding 26 weeks, it's starting to feel awkward...not getting to sleep as easy as I used to. Toss and turn all night until I just finally fall asleep"YouTube comment on a pregnancy sleep video
"I really tried to get away with using regular pillows but they shift and I was sleeping terribly"Pregnancy pillow customer review, babybub.com
The name tells you the family. The article number tells you the pillow.
How is the My7 built?
It is one pillow shaped like the number 7: a short head end and a long body section. The two parts use different fillings, and each has its own opening so you can add or take out filling.
- Head end: filled with Thera-RHOMB, a flake filling that a Swiss retailer lists as 51% polyurethane and 49% polypropylene. Retailers describe it as giving point-elastic support for the head and shoulders.
- Long body section: filled with fine EPS microbeads (polystyrene). This is the part that runs in front of you and down toward the knees.
- Two openings: one per zone, so firmness can be adjusted. A refill tube or the enclosed leaflet is the suggested way to do it neatly.
- Size: 150 by 80 by 15 cm, about 59 by 31.5 by 6 inches, and about 2 kg (4.4 lb), as listed by babyartikel.de.

So the My7 is not a plain microbead banana with a new name. The firmer head zone is the part that makes it a different pillow from the classic Theraline nursing pillows, and it is the part to judge first.
Two fillings means two feels. Try the head end before you decide on the whole pillow.
Which details should you match before you order?
Match the article number or EAN, the cover line and the care text on the exact listing you buy from. Listings for the same My7 do not all say the same thing.
| Detail | What we read | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Shape and size | 7-shape, 150 by 80 by 15 cm, asymmetric | Consistent |
| Fill zones | Thera-RHOMB head, EPS microbead body, two openings | Consistent |
| Codes (grey dots cover) | Theraline article no. 64013309, EAN 4260211426662 at babyartikel.de | Match on your listing |
| Cover fabric | 100% cotton at one shop; 65% cotton, 35% polyester in a Swiss material list that also says pure cotton | Listings disagree |
| Cover lines | Standard prints, Jersey and Bamboo Collection covers are sold | Pick one on purpose |
| Cover care | Machine wash at 60°C, per babyartikel.de | Check the label |
| Inner pillow care | One spec line says max 60°C, the care note on the same page has no number | Unclear |
| Price | €84.99 at babyartikel.de (list price €109.90), CHF 74.85 at baby-walz.ch on the day we checked | Changes often |
Theraline's own washing page gives care by inner fabric, not by model: cotton inners up to 60°C, a cotton and polyester inner with Thera-RHOMB up to 90°C. It has no My7 line. That is why the label on your pillow beats any listing, including this one.
How would you lie on it while pregnant?
On your side, head on the short end, the long section in front of you under the bump and its tip between your knees. The NHS says either side is fine for going to sleep from the third trimester.
We could not find a written pregnancy setup from Theraline for the My7, only retailer text. One retailer describes the leg end as a soft rest between the knees. Another describes wrapping the long part around your forearm, but that wording reads like a nursing position, not a sleep one. Do not borrow it for bed.
Two practical points follow from the shape. First, it is one-sided: the head end sits on one side, so switching sides at night means moving or flipping the whole pillow. Second, at 80 cm wide it takes most of one person's half of a standard German 160 cm bed, or of a US queen.
This review covers adult rest in pregnancy only. The newborn positioning and nursing uses on the same listing are separate decisions with their own guidance, and we do not cover them here.
Is the Theraline My7 worth it for pregnancy rest?
It can be, if you sleep mostly on one side, like a firmer head zone and have bed to spare. It is a weaker fit for side-switchers and shared small beds.
Reported strengths
- Head, bump and knees in one pillow
- Two fillings you can top up or take out
- Cover comes off and goes in the machine
Watch out for
- One-sided shape, extra work to switch sides
- Large footprint at 150 by 80 cm
- Cover fabric and inner care differ by listing
- I sleep on the same side most of the night.
- My bed is 160 cm or wider, or I sleep alone.
- I found the article number or EAN on my listing.
- I know which cover line I am buying.
Four ticks? It is a sensible pick. Fewer than three, read our pregnancy pillow buying checklist first.
Addison found the EAN on the box photo, matched it to the listing, and then measured the bed. Eighty centimetres of pillow on a 140 cm bed was the answer she needed. She kept her head on her own pillow and went looking for something smaller for the bump and back.
Frequently asked questions
Can you use the Theraline My7 during pregnancy?
German retailers list pregnancy among its uses, and the 7-shape supports the head, the bump and the knees on one side. We found no written pregnancy setup from Theraline for this model, so use it the way you would any long side sleeper pillow.
What is the Theraline My7 filled with?
Two fillings. The head end has Thera-RHOMB flakes and the long body section has fine EPS microbeads. Each zone has an opening for adding or removing filling.
How big is the Theraline My7?
Listings give 150 by 80 by 15 cm, about 59 by 31.5 by 6 inches, and about 2 kg.
Can you wash the My7?
The cover comes off and one shop lists machine washing at 60°C. Inner pillow care differs between listings, so follow the label sewn into your pillow.
Is the My7 the same as the Theraline original nursing pillow?
No. It shares the brand and microbead filling, but it has a 7-shape and a separate Thera-RHOMB head zone, so do not use specs from the original pillow for the My7.
If the My7 is too big for your bed
Relvay does not make a 7-shaped or long body pillow, and nothing for nursing or newborn positioning, so this is not a My7 alternative like for like. What we make is a small 3-Piece set for bump and back, used with your own head pillow and a regular pillow between your knees.
Two wedges for bump and back, joined by a flat strap, about as wide as your torso. Keep a regular pillow between your knees. $79.99, 90-day returns.
Probably not for you if
- You want one pillow under your head, bump and knees.
- You want a nursing pillow for after the birth.
- You have a big bed and sleep on one side.
Made for you if
- Your bed is 140 cm or a US full or queen.
- You switch sides and want the same support both ways.
- You want 90 days from delivery to decide.
