Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping inside the United States is a flat $2.50, and it becomes free once your cart reaches the threshold for what you are buying. The exact rate is always shown in your cart before you pay, so there is nothing hidden at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Maternity pillows — $2.50 standard, free on orders over $80
Most other Relvay items — $2.50 standard, free on orders over $45
Neck Release Board — $6.00 standard, free on orders over $89

If your cart mixes products, the rate shown in your cart is the rate you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During this time we verify your order details, pack your order, and hand it off to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

Most customers receive their order within 7 to 10 days of purchase, processing included.

Processing: 1–2 business days
Transit: 5–8 business days after processing
Total: approximately 7 to 10 days from order to doorstep

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to show its first scan.
