The 90-Day Guarantee — how it works for each product

  • Relvay Maternity Pillows — the Full-Night Test: sleep with it for up to 90 days. If you are not sleeping better on your side, or it is not keeping your half of the bed to yourself, you get a full refund.
  • Relvay Hand Massager — the Jar-Test: use it for up to 90 days. If you can't open a stubborn jar easier than before — if your hands don't feel more relaxed and capable in everyday moments like that — you get a full refund.
  • Relvay Neck Release Board — the 3-Week Test: use it nightly for 3 weeks, following the First-Week guide. If your neck doesn't feel looser, you get a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@relvay.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Include your order number (e.g. #1001) and a line about what didn't work for you.
  2. We reply with a return address and instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Send the product back to us. Please pack it well enough to survive the trip — it does not need to be the original box.
  4. Once it arrives with us, we issue your full refund.

The product must be returned to qualify for a refund. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover it.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives and your refund is approved, it is processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged or isn't working properly out of the box, we'll replace it free of charge — no questions asked, and nothing to send back. Just email support@relvay.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue, and we'll ship a replacement right away.
