- Payment information — payments are handled securely through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment processors. Relvay never sees or stores your full card details.
- Order information — the products you purchase and your order history, so we can fulfill orders and provide support.
- Device and usage data — with your permission, optional analytics on relvay.com helps us understand visits, article views, searches and clicks on product links. This can include browser and device information and analytics cookie identifiers. The Cookies section below explains the choices available on relvay.com; our shopping pages have separate privacy controls.
How We Use Your Information

We Do Not Sell Your Data
Relvay does not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers (such as Shopify, payment processors, and shipping carriers) as needed to run our store. If you allow optional analytics on relvay.com, Google Analytics receives usage data to help us understand website performance. You can read Google's privacy policy for information about Google's data practices.
Cookies
Optional analytics on relvay.com is off until you choose Allow analytics. You can choose Reject analytics and continue browsing. Use the Privacy choices control to change your decision. We remember this choice in a cookie for up to 180 days. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps this website's optional analytics off.
After you allow analytics, Google Analytics cookies help measure visits and interactions. Our custom events use page paths without URL query strings, article or product identifiers, and search result counts; they do not include the words you type into site search. This content-site implementation does not enable Google advertising personalization.
After you allow analytics on relvay.com, we may set a first-party cookie on the relvay.com domain containing pseudonymous Google Analytics client and session identifiers. The cookie lasts up to 30 minutes and can be refreshed while you browse with analytics allowed. Analytics on shop.relvay.com can read this cookie to connect your content-site visit with shopping activity only when your relvay.com preference allows analytics and Shopify's analytics processing permission is also allowed. The cookie does not contain your name, email address, payment details or search terms. The two sites keep separate privacy controls.
With your permission, campaign tags and advertising click identifiers from your arrival URL can be kept in the current tab's session storage for up to 30 minutes after your latest page visit. We can pass these values to the product link you choose at shop.relvay.com to help connect the visit with shopping activity. They are not added to our custom analytics event fields.
Rejecting analytics later stops subsequent events from this content-site implementation and clears its locally stored campaign information, the client/session bridge cookie and accessible analytics cookies. It does not erase information already sent to Google. Shopping pages at shop.relvay.com use Shopify's separate privacy controls and cookies, including those needed for your cart and checkout; your content-site choice does not automatically change those settings. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though some shopping features may not work as intended.
