Relvay makes a pregnancy pillow. We also tell you below when you should not buy one.

The short answer

If you are buying for your own sleep in pregnancy, compare only the adult pillow: Body & Bump is the longer, dedicated maternity pillow; Mum2Me is a shorter C-style pillow sold with a pod part you may never use.

  • Body & Bump: about 150 cm long, insert spot clean only.
  • Mum2Me: about 104 x 60 cm, extra pod part.
  • Decider: bed size and what you pay for.

What is the difference between Mum2Me and Body & Bump?

Body & Bump is a long, body-hugging maternity pillow and nothing else. Mum2Me is a shorter curved maternity pillow sold with an insert that turns it into a baby pod. For your own sleep, the difference is length, shape and care, not the pod.

Both names come from ClevaMama, and retail listings do not always use the full product name. Check the product name and SKU on the page you buy from.

One more thing we found on Oct 8, 2026: the Mum2Me address on ClevaMama's site now opens a page titled C Shaped Pregnancy Pillow, which talks about turning into a nursing pillow and does not mention the pod. The model may have changed. Ask the seller what is in the box.

Are you paying for parts you will not use for your own sleep?

With Mum2Me, part of what you pay for is a pod mode meant for after birth. That has nothing to do with how you sleep tonight. Judge the adult pillow as if the extra part was not in the box.

Lena was 23 weeks, and her sister kept texting the same link: the pillow that turns into something for the baby. "Two things for one price," she wrote. Lena read it lying awake on her side, a rolled towel under her bump that had flattened out an hour ago. She did not need two things. She needed one that worked now.

We do not cover the baby mode in this guide, and we do not give advice about babies sleeping on or in any pillow. If you want guidance on where a baby should sleep, ask your pediatrician or midwife.

Which ClevaMama pillow fits your body and bed?

Body & Bump is the one to look at if you want something long to hug and you have a queen or bigger. Mum2Me is shorter and wider, so it covers less length but more width at the curve.

  • Tall, or want knees and chest held by one pillow: the 150 cm Body & Bump reaches further.
  • Full or shared queen: measure the free space on your side. 60 cm of width is a lot in a full bed.
  • Like your own head pillow: a shorter curve leaves more room for it.
  • Sit up to read at night: ClevaMama and retailers say both can prop you up, but test how the shape sits behind your back.

For a step-by-step way to measure, see our pregnancy pillow size guide.

Which is easier to keep clean?

Both covers come off and go in the machine. The difference is the inside: ClevaMama says the Body & Bump inner pillow is spot clean only, so a spill that soaks through cannot be washed out.

  • Body & Bump cover: zip off, 40°C (104°F), tumble dry low.
  • Body & Bump insert: spot clean only. A second cover or a towel layer helps late in pregnancy.
  • Mum2Me cover: machine washable, 100% cotton jersey per a retailer.
  • Mum2Me pod parts: separate care, which only matters if you use that mode.

Does "Therapeutic" in the name mean it fixes pain?

No. A product name is not evidence. ClevaMama's page links Body & Bump to pelvic and sciatic discomfort, but we found no independent testing on the pages we read.

A pillow can make lying on your side more comfortable. It is not a medical device. If pelvic, hip or back pain keeps you up, talk to your midwife, OB-GYN or a pelvic health physical therapist.

Mum2Me or Body & Bump: which should you buy?

Choose Body & Bump if you want a long pillow to hold your bump, back and knees at once and you have the bed for it. Choose Mum2Me only if the adult pillow alone suits you at its price, and treat the pod as a separate question.

If neither length feels right, look at smaller setups in our guide to adjustable vs. full-body pregnancy pillows.

Lena chose by one question: what helps me sleep tonight. She ended up with support for her bump and back that did not need rebuilding at two in the morning. The next Sunday she slept until the coffee smell woke her, and her husband laughed that she had finally stopped stealing his pillow.

Frequently asked questions

Is the ClevaMama Mum2Me the same as the Body & Bump pillow?

No. Body & Bump is a long maternity pillow only, about 150 cm. Mum2Me is a shorter curved pillow, about 104 x 60 cm, sold with parts for a baby mode. Check the name and SKU on the listing.

Can you wash the ClevaMama Body & Bump pillow?

ClevaMama says the zip-off cover machine washes at 40°C (104°F) and tumble dries low, but the inner pillow is spot clean only.

How big is the ClevaMama Mum2Me?

Retail listings and ClevaMama's current C-shaped page give about 104 x 60 cm, roughly 41 x 24 inches. Confirm on the listing you buy from, since the model page has changed.

Will the Therapeutic Body & Bump pillow fix pelvic pain?

We found no independent evidence for that on the pages we read. A pillow can make side sleeping more comfortable. Pain that keeps you awake is worth raising with your midwife or doctor.

Which ClevaMama pillow is better for a small bed?

Neither is small. The 150 cm Body & Bump is long; the Mum2Me is shorter but about 60 cm wide. Measure your side of the bed before choosing.

If you want bump and back held in less bed

Relvay does not make either ClevaMama pillow, and if a long pillow suits your bed, Body & Bump may be the simpler buy. The Relvay 3-Piece is a different shape for people who mostly need their bump and back held: two crescent wedges joined by a flat strap under you, with a small oval cushion on the strap. It is for adult pregnancy sleep only, with no baby mode.

Probably not for you if

  • You want one long pillow to hug, knees included.
  • You want a pillow that turns into a feeding pillow later.
  • You have a king bed and love a big pillow.

Worth a look if

  • Your bump and back are the main spots that need holding.
  • You share a full or queen bed.
  • You want 90 days to try it, and you will keep a regular pillow between your knees.
